Started on October 30th was the development of the multi-purpose futsal Court being constructed in the plumtree gardens area, with the assistance of Caribbean Cement Company donating 200 bags of cement and J$110,000 to the effort. Development still underway, additional sponsors will be approached in the coming year.
Community youngsters usually frequent the area playing on the dusty baron ground, which has become a health hazard for the HVFC office staff, kitchen, players lounge and 24 beds dormitory located beside it.
