WELCOME, WELCOME, WELCOME were the three cheers that rang out from the squad, Managers, Coaches, Board Members and close friends of the Club at the “Surprise meet the new Sponsors” session organized in the V.I.P. Area of the Harbour View stadium on Monday evening immediately after training.

GRACE:

The introductions completed by the HVFC Master of Ceremonies, gave way to General Manager of GraceKennedy Foods, Gilroy Graham and Manager of Retail Developments GraceKennedy Foods, Stewart Jacobs who outlined how quickly they responded to the requests and were delighted to partner with the Club.

The food items from their vast range of Grace products will be delivered immediately for monthly allocations to assist in the Clubs intensely designed Nutritional Programme that has recently been improved under new Brazilian Technical Director, Waldemar De Oliviera.

A long and fruitful relationship is envisaged as reviews will take place in the beginning of the new year in January 2009 when we reassess all possibilities going forward.

A Vote of Thanks was offered by Club President, Sydney Masters after a Gift Basket was presented to Team Manager, Annmarie Massey for two years of sterling management.

 

WRAY AND NEPHEW:

Long time football League Sponsos and friend Wray and Nephew, through Christopher Hardy was present to generate higher spirits when he announced its alignment to the Club in the next three years as the “Official Alcoholic Beverage Sponsor”.

The deal will brand and decorate all four Bars at the stadium and Harbour View FC Player endorsed Billboard and Perimeter Signboards.

Special Community Events organized by the Club annually will benefit from the assistance of the sponsor to generate more positive Community vibes and funds to institutions.

Special Drinks at each Home Games will be available from all four Bars in addition to a special V.I.P. Complimentary Bar hosted by Wray and Nephew. Cherry’s Bar will hosts newly promoted Community oriented Entertainments and after Match events at the Shopping Centre throughout the season.

HVFC FOR CONCACAF GAME IN MEXICO:

On the eve of the teams departure for the away fixture in the CONCACAF Champions League against Pumas Unam on Thursday, September 4th, 2008.

The team departs the island on Wednesday afternoon at 3:30pm to arrive close to midnight for the 10pm game on Thursday night.

The Caribbean Club Champions return on Sunday afternoon and will miss the rescheduled Premier League season opening home game against Village United, which is now to be played on next Thursday, September 11th at 7pm at the Harbour View stadium.
