Double victories stun August Town FC to snap their 2-games winning streak!

Anthony Christie’s header just squeezed over the line in minute 34 before Captain, Michily Waul struck well at the near post to guide home Kashi Shroeter’s left-sided cross in the 88th minute to lead his charges to another comfortable 2-0 victory.

The Heroes Day celebrations continued as leaders Harbour View assumed the lead in the 25th minute when Gregg Taylor finished off a well constructed play developed when left full back Ricardo Smith slipped a pass inside the box for Taylor to pierce the August Town defense with a good run off the ball.
Earlier a fierce 24 yards drive from Richard Edwards was well deflected for a corner as Nicholas Dodds shot was also well held as Harbour View threatened to break away. Dodd again shot from on top of the box forcing a diving save then a desperate clutch by the custodian as the forwards swarmed around the loose ball.
Nicholas Dodd switched to providing an accurate cross from the right as in form hitman, Kavin Bryan rose high at the near post to head home in the 71st minute for a 2-0 scoreline.
As both goalscorers were substituted the appearance of Fabian Taylor in his first game this season Lenworth Hyde Jr. and Rafiek Thomas was no respite as they got into the game immediately with neat ball handling skills, running and combination passing that upped the tempo in search of the illusive third strike.
