The Under 21 game is not played on Wednesdays.

PREMIER LEAGUE:

Harbour View FC 1 VillageUnited 2.

After taking a well deserved early lead in minute 11 when Captain Lovel Palmer slammed home an accurate square from Gregg Taylor down the right past Leighton Murray.

A series of no less than five near misses followed as in-accurate crosses and bad finishing marked the remainder of the first half as Harbour View totally dominated but failed to closeout their opponents.

It would come back to haunt them.  The second half saw Village re-organising their team strategy effectively to stop the dominance, wrestle away the midfield and successfully launch two telling attacks at the heart of the homesters to inflict defeat on the hosts for the first time this season.

Firstly a cross aimed at the far post was blocked by custodian Barrett but striker Newton Sterling toe-poked it away to new substitute Luke Tate, to score from 4 yards. Eight minutes later in the time added on Omar Allen drifted in from the left flank to shoot and score effectively silencing the fair sized home crowd to inflict a stunning victory.
