Visiting PDL Head Coach & Youth Teams Director for GPS Phoenix Coach Alistair Bain worked with HVFC players for a 10 days stint until February 22, following his club visit to Sporting Central Academy, as part of an agreement with Global Football Management Limited, and its FIFA Agent Damani Ralph.
He arrived at the club on February 13th and immediately participated in the Press Conference with CFU Club Championship Zone 3 sponsors Nestle Supligen. He was in charge at the Nestle Supligen Community Power Football Extravaganza staged on February 15th, having a football clinic with 6 teams from in and around the Harbour View Community for players 13-21 years old, followed by a 6 a-side tournament. The participating teams included Bayshore FC, River Reef FC, Police Youth Club FC, Rocky Park FC, Harbour Heights FC, and C Block FC.
He was constantly hard at work on the field during training sessions, attending 2 matches, and even donated uniforms to the under 13 team during his stay.
