Following PFAJ Operations Committee Meeting on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 please note the Committee’s decisions.

The RSPL #154 Harbour View FC vs Tivoli Gardens FC is scheduled to be continued to completion (see below excerpt from regulations) on Thursday, February 15, 2018 @ Harbour View Stadium commencing 3:00 PM.

The following conditions will obtain:
1. Police, Security, Medical Officials, registered Club Officials of both teams, registered players of both teams, Media, JFF and PFAJ administrators will be allowed into the venue.
2. No Vendors and No Spectators will be allowed into the venue.

See below excerpt from the regulations as it relates to the above:
XIII Duration of matches, extra time, determining the winner by penalty kicks
Art. 13 (pg. 19)
i. the match shall recommence at the minute at which play was interrupted rather than being replayed in full, and with the same score line;
ii. the match shall recommence with the same players on the pitch and substitutes available as when the match was abandoned;
iii. no additional substitutes may be added to the list of players on the team sheet;
iv. the teams can make only the number of substitutions to which they were still entitled when the match was abandoned;
v. players sent off during the abandoned match cannot be replaced;
vi. any sanctions imposed before the match was abandoned remain valid for the remainder of the match;
vii. the kick-off time and date shall be decided by the PFAJ Operations Committee. The location shall be the same as that at which the game was abandoned unless that venue is is not viable, in which case the PFAJ Operations committee will decide.

The game was abandoned last week at the 68th minute, with Harbour View FC leading Tivoli Gardens 2 – 0, with goals by Nicholas Beckett 34′ and Rafiek Thomas 55′. Tivoli Gardens left the game with 9 men, after their Capt. Brackenbridge and Jermaine ‘Teddy’ Johnson were both given marching orders.
