Dicoy departed the island early this morning for Norway, where he will join the Division 1 Club on a short one week stay as he was hastily invited to replace another player whose trial was discontinued at the last minute, he replaces him on trial before the Transfer Window Registration closes at the end of March.
The 22 year old, 6 foot 1 inch Harbour View FC standout player who has grown tremendously over his three years tenure at the Club where he immediately won the Under 21 League before graduating to the Premier League in his first season, scoring 3 goals at U21 and 4 at the DPL level, with his aerial power inside the box or through his overlapping runs.
Championship honours was soon achieved at the Senior level at the 2009 Premier League End of First Round finals defeating Tivoli Gardens FC by 2-1, then repeating in the 2010 End of Second Round Finals, with a 1-0 victory against Waterhouse FC.
Internationally he claimed a HVFC starting role in Mexico against UNAM in the inaugural CONCACAF Club Tournament in 2009 as he rose to selection at the Senior Reggae Boyz Team in 4 games over the last year, while being invited on 7 occasions.
In his 4 National games on the field, his efforts as an integral member of the defensive network has not conceded a single goal, a strong statistic for a young player whose Club teams in which he plays, have won the Best Defensive record over the last three years and is currently leading that category in the DPL while leading the League on 61 points.
