Captain Lovel Palmer came off the bench to score a 80th minute penalty and secured a hard fought away victory against Champions Portmore United after another substitute Kemar Petrekin had dribbled by three defenders into the box, his cross was handled by captain Anthony Modeste.
The victory carries HARBOUR VIEW to 36 points from twelve victories and 13 points clear of nearest rivals Portmore left at 23 points.
Portmore United wins Under 21 contest by 2-0.
