Two late strikes from teenage sensation Luton Shelton made a tightly contested game seem like a easy victory at the newly built Waterhouse stadium.

The early second half strike from left full back Craig Stewart cannoned into the back of the net with goalkeeper Loxely Reid stranded on the goal-line as the shot whistled past him in minute 54.

In a game where coach Donovan Hayles rested all of five of his main players for injury or accumulated yellow cards the team came up trumps as they were never missed as teamwork was the concept on the day. Captain Damion Stewart and namesake Donald Stewart each on yellow (2) cards, Robert Scarlett on a red, injured Nicholas McCreath, Greg Gardner and a not so fit Jermaine Hue just recovering after four weeks, played only twenty minutes as a substitute as Leon Gordon just returning from red card suspension sat on the bench.

Last weeks goalscorer young Christopher ‘Jamel’ Harvey started in his age group level of Under 21 and lead from the defence keeping a clean sheet and steering the team to a hard fought 2-0 win with a late double strike from substitute forward Mervyn Miller in minutes 71 and 83 to win 2-0 and retain a favourable third position going into the semi-finals against former Under 21 champions Arnett Gardens, leaders Portmore tackles Rivoli in the other.
