After a successful inaugural sponsorship and corporate, Grace Foods & Services Company has agreed to extend the relationship for another year. The company will make the formal presentation this Sunday, April 26th, 2015 at the final Red Stripe Premier League Home Game at the HVFC Stadium against Tivoli Gardens FC at 3:30pm in a LIVE Television Jamaica Sports Network (TVJSN) Broadcast at halftime.
In March 2014, Grace Foods & Services and Harbour View Football Club (HVFC) formally entered into an agreement which saw Grace being named as the Official Nutrition (Food) Sponsor of HVFC to the tune of $1million in exchange for branding rights, the use of the club’s name, logo and colours in promotions while selecting two HVFC and Reggae Boyz players, Captain Montrose Phinn and Joel Senior as Grace Brand Ambassadors for certain public events.
Grace Foods & Services Company Brand Manager, Claudette Facey Redwood, congratulates HVFC on celebrating its recent 41st Anniversary on March 4, 2015 and wants to commend the club’s leadership in the hosting of last week’s exploratory partnership talks with visiting USA-based Major League Soccer (MLS) Franchise, The Portland Timbers Academy, with General Manager Gavin Wilkinson and former HVFC player now developed into FIFA Agent. This will assist the club’s development and open new professional career opportunities for young players, parents and the football family, as well as all associated sponsors in a larger market.
