Jamaican Coach, Altimont “Freddie” Butler achieves Championship honours and promotion to Norway’s Tippeligaen as Sogndal wins Division 1 while kicks-off the Academy in November.

Sogndal IL won the second division title with an accumulation of 55 points over a span of 27 games and joins the elite group of Norwegian clubs next season in the Tippeligaen.

Academy 2010/11

Freddie Butler is looking forward to the academy starting November 1, 2010 after recently joining the Norwegian Club.

Freddie Butler, which this year will be the main instructor at the academy, looking forward to the academy starting 01 November.

He has just concluded a 3-week long stay in England, where he has taken the UEFA C course and host the visiting club in Chelsea. Butler wants to continue the basic progress in the academy, with a focus on individual skills, knowledge and attitude.

Butler says that: “I want to contribute my experience in life as a top player and practicing, and be able to add conditions to ensure that those who want to be able to develop as footballers.”

Mini-Academy
