Jamaica qualified to the 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games by virtue of being a Quarter Finalist in the 2013 Under 20 CONCACAF Championship.

A delegation led by National Under 20 Coach, Theodore Whitmore left the island Sunday morning for the games in Mexico.

Jamaica is drawn in Group A alongside host Mexico, El Salvador and Honduras. El Salvador qualified by placing third in the 2013 CAC games and Honduras was winner of those Games.

Group B consists of Costa Rica, Haiti, Venezuela and Cuba.

Jamaica plays El Salvador on the 18th, Honduras on the 20th and Mexico on the 22nd. Each team will play one game against the other teams in their group in a round robin format.The top two placements will advance to the semi-final round.
